I really appreciated the friendly staff. They were always willing to help. My room had a double bed with convenient outlets on both sides. I also found the bus stop right outside useful. It made getting around easy. A good breakfast area was available each morning.
The bathroom floor had dust and hair. I wish this issue was addressed to improve cleanliness.

My Double Room included a decent-sized TV and a kettle, very useful amenities. A generous supply of coffee and tea was provided. I certainly appreciated this. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom included all essentials.

The hotel is on a main bus route to Princes Street. The tram stop is also a short walk away. It is a very convenient location, close to transportation links. I found it easy to get to Haymarket Railway station.

The staff was VERY cute and accommodating. Kasia, in particular, allowed me to leave my bags as I arrived early. The reception staff were helpful in answering questions. The service was always prompt and efficient.

I found the location ideal, especially with the bus stop right outside, made getting around super easy (the airport commute was easy!). the breakfast area was inviting, and i appreciated that they let me fill up my water bottle before i headed out. the room was cozy with a comfy double bed and a nice ensuite. Plus, the view outside was excellent. the staff were super friendly!
